Each time I had to pay to ship my defective charger back in order to get the replacement. I'm attaching pictures that show there is almost no wear and tear whatsoever, yet they do not work. I was INCREDIBLY careful with these chargers, especially after the first. The 3rd replacement charger lasted 4 months (1st and 2nd picture) with no visible problem. The replacement charger lasted 7-8 months and inexplicably stopped working. OWC replaced my original charger after it developed a tiny tear at the head and stopped working after 7 months (3rd picture). I have had the ability to test 3 of these chargers and all of them stopped working within a year.
